THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and SJ agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Termination/Access Restriction

Returns and Refunds Policy
If a you are unhappy with the condition in which your purchase arrived in please email us with the details of how your purchase is damaged and or defective at sj.inknart@gmail.com and we will get back to you about possibly issuing you a refund as long as we are notified within 30 days of the original receipt. We currently are not accepting returns at this time and apologize for any inconveniences.
